Perspective — modern avant-garde for the Open Village exhibition

The project, developed specifically for the Open Village 2025 exhibition at the "Pavlovo Ozera" residential complex, embodies the concept of a house that can be transformed and adapted to changing needs. The main residential area is complemented by a flexible space that can be used for multi-generational living, rental purposes, or as office premises.
This architectural solution goes beyond contemporary minimalist aesthetics, offering a bold vision for the future of residential architecture. The façade, inspired by Soviet avant-garde design, demonstrates plasticity and dynamism of form — an alternative to the prevailing right angles and monochrome solutions. The project draws on historical experience and anticipates a return to more expressive and experimental forms in architecture.
