This is the development of a general concept, a preliminary sketch of the appearance and layout of the future house.
While working on draft projects, it becomes clear what decisions will be made in the working project based on the wishes of the customer and the initial data and capabilities. It is at this stage that the architect and the customer find a common language and come to a vision of the future project, an approximate understanding of the upcoming costs and deadlines. This is a set of drawings, layouts, diagrams, images, etc.
A working draft is being developed based on the draft design. The preliminary design will give an approximate understanding of what materials, methods and technologies will be used in the construction of the future house.

The architectural section is an important part of the project documentation, which contains documents, diagrams and drawings detailing the preliminary design and precedes the subsequent sections of the project work.
Working an AR, all dimensions, dimensions, areas and detailed layouts, materials and architectural schemes are specified. At this stage, you can see exactly how the project will look inside and out from all sides and complete information about how architectural solutions are implemented.
The first part of the AR is a preliminary design, where the image of the house is being worked out, and the second part is the working documentation for construction work, which consists of detailed information about materials, methods of implementing the architectural part during construction, nodes, and schemes of work on this part of the project.

The structural section is the second stage of design, where the exact calculation of loads on walls, foundations and roofs is presented. Here is a detailed guide for the implementation of construction and installation works.
It is divided into two parts: KJ (reinforced concrete structures) and CD (wooden structures).
These parts are handed out to the customer. The constructive section answers the question: how much to buy materials (concrete, rebar, lumber, etc.), how to fix everything correctly so that the structures (foundation, floors, columns, beams, stairs, and, as a result, the whole house) are strong and reliable.
To develop this section, a technical specification and an Architectural Section (AR) of the project are prepared beforehand.
