A harmonious single-storey house with three bedrooms, a study and a spacious kitchen-living room, where architecture and interior design are united by a common concept.
The thoughtful layout takes into account orientation: the southern side hosts the bedrooms, the living room offers panoramic views, and the study is oriented to the east. The guest house with a sauna serves as a logical extension of the living room’s public space.
The facades reflect northern simplicity without monotony. Dynamics are introduced through three reinforced concrete roof slabs at different levels. Black window frames contrast with the snow-white façades and are complemented by vertical wooden cladding, creating a corner theme further emphasized by chamfered columns and pylons.
