Tver house — villa in the suburbs of Tver
Architect: Andrey Butko
Project Lead: Vitaly Zlobin
Architectural and planning solution of the house
The project of a stone two-storey house was developed for a land plot located near Tver.
The house with facades made of natural stone and wood creates the impression of a single whole with the surrounding landscape. Panoramic windows on both floors create verticality and reflect the natural surroundings, enhancing the sense of integration with nature.
Façade elements arranged in a special rhythm add dynamics to the static rectangular forms.
Layout solution
The entrance group is located in the center of the house. Upon entering, you find a hallway with access to a cloakroom, a bathroom, and a common hall. The boiler room is accessed through the cloakroom. From the hall, there is access to the staircase, kitchen-living room with an exit to a covered terrace, guest room, kitchen pantry, and a small spa area with a sauna.
The terrace offers views of the southern and eastern parts of the plot and provides access to the property grounds.
The second floor includes: a corridor, a master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, laundry room accessible via the bathroom, two children's rooms with walk-in closets, a study, a gym, a bathroom, and two verandas.
