The house is located on a rectangular plot.

The project of an individual residential building with a tent for 2 vehicles, with guest house on it’s own foundation located on the site from the south-east side of the main house.

The main house is located in the eastern part of the area. Also here is: a swimming pool, outdoor hearth, household. block. All buildings are connected by a path.


Technical characteristics:

1. Exterior walls - W/w frame filled with aerated concrete block D400 - 400 mm, insulated with mineral wool 50 mm + finishing with facade plaster painted white according to DSP on the subsystem and finishing with wooden plank made of larch treated with oil on the subsystem;

2. Internal load-bearing walls - W/w frame filled with aerated concrete block D400 - 300 mm;

3. Partitions - ceramic hollow brick - 120 mm Roof - PVC membrane; The walls are combined : plaster according to the CSP on the subsystem + painting in white, plank made of larch treated with oil; The finish of the base is porcelain stoneware of a frost-resistant shade of "Anthracite"; Window covers are aluminum with the function of micro-ventilation. (color "Anthracite"); The decoration of the porch is a decking.

Architectural and planning solution: Access to the site is provided from the south side, where there is a shed for 2 vehicles. To the left of the canopy is a guest house. The house, elongated from south to north, is one-story with a flat roof, with a lot of glazing facing the east side. At the entrance to the house from hall we have access to the boiler room with a guest bathroom. From the hallway we get into a large open space of the kitchen-living room, with access to the office room, pantry, as well as, next to the fireplace area, there is an exit to the terrace. Through the sliding door from the kitchen-living room we get into the corridor, with access to the master bedroom, to the children's and recreation area with sauna, sauna hamam and bathroom. Also, from the corridor we can get to the terrace.
