Constructive section
The structural section is the second stage of design, where the exact calculation of loads on walls, foundations and roofs is presented. Here is a detailed guide for the implementation of construction and installation works.
It is divided into two parts: KJ (reinforced concrete structures) and CD (wooden structures).
These parts are handed out to the customer. The constructive section answers the question: how much to buy materials (concrete, rebar, lumber, etc.), how to fix everything correctly so that the structures (foundation, floors, columns, beams, stairs, and, as a result, the whole house) are strong and reliable.
To develop this section, a technical specification and an Architectural Section (AR) of the project are prepared beforehand.
