Riga house — residence in New Riga
Architect: Vitaly Zlobin
Architectural and Planning Solution
Nearly 500 square meters — a spacious house built entirely from monolithic reinforced concrete: not only expensive and reliable, but also a rare choice in modern construction.
The house reflects the trends of contemporary architecture — flat roof, minimalist design, large functional terraces.
On the first floor, right after the entrance, we placed a large utility block with a spacious laundry room.
The open-plan kitchen-dining-living area features extensive glazing on one side and access to the terrace. The terrace includes a barbecue zone and an outdoor fireplace.
The house has 5 bedrooms: two guest rooms on the first floor and three master bedrooms on the second. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The exterior walls on the second floor are made of glass — stunning appearance from the outside and breathtaking views from the inside.
On the second floor, there is a lounge area with a study and a spa complex. The walls in the complex are made of smart-tinted glass.
In general, this is a very modern and progressive house currently under final construction. Facades and interior finishes are yet to be completed.
This house is a great investment. Thanks to its characteristics, it is highly liquid and offers a high level of comfort.
