The project of the house in the Prairie style is adapted to the conditions of construction in Russia. Keeping the basic principles of organic architecture, the house is made for a small plot of land.

The architectural composition is created by three levels of horizontal roofs: the main volume of the building, the garage and the terrace on the right. The house actively interacts with the surrounding area, having a deep entrance group and a double garage.

The facades are tiled with clinker tiles and have a classic 1 house structure in the Prairie style - a high first floor and a visually lowered second. There is a moderate amount of stucco molding in the decoration.

The layout of the first floor has a centric scheme. Entering the house, we find ourselves in a distribution hall, which opens onto a staircase. The living room is located out of sight and has a fireplace area.

The layout of the second floor is made in a smaller area and consists of four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms on the floor, one of which belongs to the master bedroom.

In the volume of the building protruding from the main facade, there is a studio for the owner's hobby. The staircase is located in the center of the planning structure.

The house is designed for one family.

The project was made for a flat area.

▫️The composition of the walls is a reinforced concrete frame filled with aerated concrete blocks D400

▫️The project of the villa was created for the hot climate of Uzbekistan.

The elongated shape of the building is due to the layout of the land.

▫️First floor

On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area, a separate living block in the form of a bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom, a guest room and a spacious kitchen/dining room/living room.

All technical and utility rooms are located on the south side to avoid overheating.

The windows of the kitchen/dining/living room and living block face east.

A U-shaped staircase leads to the second floor.

▫️Second floor

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, a working area, a bathroom and a laundry room. In the northern part of the house, the ceiling is interrupted by a second light.

The master bedroom repeats the outlines and content of the living block on the ground floor.

The large balconies on the second floor correspond to the climatic possibilities and enhance the chosen architectural style.

For a seismic zone, we used a reinforced concrete frame. The space between the frame posts was filled with aerated concrete blocks.

▫️Details

The facades of the Mediterranean villas became the inspiration for the creation of the minimalist architecture of this house. The composition of the facades is dynamic, with and horizontal orientation.

Wide canopies over the terrace and parking for 2 cars separate the house and the adjacent territory of the site.

A meter of snow-white columns is a spectacular addition to the facades.

Finishing the facades of the second floor with a wooden planken sets a large-scale module for a person.

Glazing with hidden frames visually lightens facades.

Protruding elements in the form of frames with sheathing with DSP panels for leveling and painting or white fiber cement panels with a matte texture.

The facades of the ground floor are predominantly painted in dark brown, which enhances the color contrast.

▫️Project for a plot with a calm relief, designed for year-round living of 1 family.
